NOTE! 'Module' and 'Item' visibility is controlled within the 'Security' module.


Edit is a very common function throughout HrPlusPlus. The 'Edit' feature is simply used to make modifications to a selected record. 



Find the employee

  • Select the Module 'Employee' at the top of the screen
  • Select the item 'Employee List' from the left menu
  • Locate the employee you want to edit and click the 'Edit' icon
TIP...   Try the 'Employee' search feature to quickly locate the employee

Make your changes to the available employee fields

  • Click the 'Next' button to move on from page 1 - 5, making your changes where relevant.


TIP...   It'You can go 'Back', forward, 'Finish at anytime, or exist the edit screen anytime by clicking 'Cancel'.
