Roles and Privileges

A security role is a function that an employee performs within an organisation and is made up of a set of tasks and functions he/she has access to and perform, such as ‘Create’ ‘Edit’ ‘View’ and ‘Delete’ records. After a role is created, tasks can be assigned to the role by clicking on the security icon (padlock). Roles can be appointed to an employee via the ’Employee Roles’ item from the left menu.
